With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

About The Program
Empowering Young Entrepreneurs with the Business Builders Program
The Business Builders program is a hands-on workshop designed to ignite entrepreneurial thinking within students. Guided by expert facilitators from BOP Industries, students will be inspired to identify their passions and turn creative ideas into viable businesses ready to launch for under $100. This action packed workshop equips young learners with the tools and confidence to develop, brand, and pitch their very own products or services.
The program kicks off with brainstorming sessions and rapid ideation challenges, where students explore different types of businesses and select a concept to develop throughout the day. With their ideas in place, students are guided through customer discovery activities to create detailed customer personas. This helps them better understand their audience's needs, preferences, and frustrations, a crucial step in building a successful business.
Next, students dive into branding and product design. They craft compelling brand identities by developing names, logos, and promotional materials that reflect their business vision. With creativity flowing, participants learn about product design principles and create prototypes for their offerings, refining their concepts to best meet customer needs. The day culminates in a pitching masterclass, where students learn how to deliver persuasive and engaging presentations before pitching their ideas to peers and facilitators.
By blending creativity, critical thinking, and practical business skills, the Business Builders program empowers students to explore the entrepreneurial world in a fun and supportive environment. It's a perfect choice for teachers looking to foster innovation, problem-solving, and leadership skills among their students. This program not only inspires future business leaders but also equips young minds with skills they can carry into any career path.
