The Leadership 101 Program is designed to empower students and help them develop the skills and confidence they need to be effective leaders. This program helps students to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a leader by guiding them through a series of workshops. Through these workshops, students will learn more about themselves as leaders and individuals. This will help them to identify their strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement, as well as to develop their leadership potential.
 
By the end of the program, students will have a clear understanding of the qualities and skills that are essential for leadership and will be able to apply this knowledge to their personal and professional lives.
