With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

About The Program
Young people today are growing up in a world very different to that experienced by any other generation. With advancements in technology, our world is more connected now than it ever has been, and information has never been easier to access. With these changes, our emerging leaders are preparing to lead in a different and dynamic world where their leadership skills must be flexible and adaptable.
The Emerging Leaders Program has been designed to help aspiring young leaders build and apply their leadership skills as they prepare to lead the next generation in work and life.
The program will commence with students exploring how they can become champions of change in their local community as they identify issues they are passionate about solving and work through a design sprint to develop low-cost initiatives and solutions to help support those issues.
From there we’ll be diving into the future of work as students explore how the workforce is set to change over the next 20-30 years and what that means for them as young professionals, young leaders and members of the community. During this time we’ll be working with students to find the opportunity in uncertainty, and explore the innovations changing the way we live, work and play.
To finish the program, we’ll be doing some individual reflection to build our personal brands as emerging leaders, looking at how we want to be known by the networks we engage with. During this time we’ll be identifying our passions, skills and values before exploring how we can build our digital presence and start to access opportunities as aspiring young professionals.
This action-packed program is perfect for students wanting to build their leadership skills, and think big when it comes to the impact they can make in their communities.
Age Group
This program has been designed for High School students and is recommended specifically for Grade 7-12 students.
Program Length
This program can be adapted in length to run for half a day or a full day in length.
Longer programs allow students to further develop their skills and dive deeper into the program content. Shorter programs are great as a taster experience for students touching lightly on the key topics.
