With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

Participants will also gain access to valuable resources, including email templates and planning guides. Additionally, the session will feature a mini personal branding workshop, guiding educators on leveraging a LinkedIn profile to connect with industry partners.
The workshop aims to empower educators with the knowledge and skills required to establish relationships with industries, creating enriching opportunities for students. By the end of the session, educators will be ready to incorporate real-world connections into their classroom , offering students a future-focused-career education.

Case Studies
Our Industry Partnerships In Education program is a popular workshop for schools looking to help their teachers build impactful relationships with industry partners and transform units of work to reflect real-world scenarios. Examples of how schools/organisations have utilised this program in the past include:
Cross River Rail: A term-long initiative by BOP and the Cross River Rail which saw 20 educators reimagine units of work with a focus on Cross River Rail as an industry partner.
Independent Schools Queensland: A year-long engagement as part of the Future Schools Project that saw six schools in the ISQ network participating in mentoring and workshops by the BOP team to cultivate impactful industry partnerships.
Business Educators Association Of Queensland: A 60 minute masterclass for business educators from across Queensland to provide a step by step guide on how to cultivate impactful industry partnerships.
