With curriculum time getting busier and busier, a great way to inspire and empower students is before and after school with extracurricular programs for students. Our after school programs are fantastic at doing this and allow us to get students thinking big and focussing on cross-curricular, project-based learning as they tackle challenges, build skills and work on projects that get them thinking about the world around them and the exciting opportunities open to their generation.
With everything from designing future cities to launching influencer brands, building businesses, working with technology and more, we have a range of standard programs to choose from, or we're able to customise a program to your school community. Our after school programs typically run for 6-8 weeks and cost $30 per student per week.

About The Program
The Understanding Gen Z & Gen Alpha workshop is a tailored professional development session designed for educators seeking insights into effectively navigating a new generation of learners. In this workshop, educators will dive into the characteristics, learning styles, and behaviours of Generation Z and Generation Alpha students.
Kicking off with a keynote address on Gen Z and Gen Alpha, teachers will explore innovative teaching methods to engage and inspire the next generation of learners. They will uncover new tools and technologies to incorporate into the classroom to better engage and prepare Gen Z and Gen Alpha students. Following the presentation, teachers will be led through a series of collaborative activities such as constructing student personas on a Gen Z and Gen Alpha student, and engaging in small group discussions surrounding the major differences seen between the generations. Educators will then be led through a rapid ideation design sprint to generate a series of new strategies to understand, connect and engage future and current learners.
By gaining insights into the unique perspectives and motivations of these generations, teachers will be equipped to create dynamic learning environments that foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills essential for success in the rapidly evolving workforce. This workshop aims to provide educators with new tools, techniques and understandings to best support students in becoming adaptable, creative and innovative learners.
